Description
Through a narrow DoF I separated this cherry blossom from the prolific blooms of the fragrant tree. I was taken by how it seemed to be reaching up to embrace the sun and by the dainty stamen shadows showing through the paper thin petals.
Here in the Vancouver area there are over 40,000 cherry trees. Springtime is an explosion of colour and scent.
Artist's Finishing Recommendations:
FAA's fashionable and luminescent Metal Print would be my pick to play up the contrast of light and dark in this image. There are numerous attractive custom framing/matting options available to suit any decor. I encourage you to experiment by clicking on the finishing icons located above this text to choose your favorite finishing.

Your work has first degree quality...clear mind and eye. Poetry and mysticism. I love your style too much. It is what I would love to dedicate, but it seems that right now, I need to tell stories via compositions..you re encouraging!!! And absolutely fresh!! Love this and all. Rosa
